Hi! after years of couch surfing, internet surfing and generally not actual surfing....believe it or not, this summer for the first time, I've gone surfing! in the sea! with a surf board, wet suit and several amazed innocent bystanders, minding their own business on the beach, before being visually assaulted by the sight of me, aging, balding, clearly not caring as I struggled to remain upright and watertight.

Anyway, this brief, late life crisis experiment has inspired me to try other, less humiliating forms of physical exertion (is there such a thing?). As such, a KINETIK Energy Exercise & Fitness Tracker would be an excellent device to help me stave off the inevitable coronary, should I attempt any activity beyond my current heart rate capability. Please.

I used to be very active, walking, swimming, sailing. Since being in hospital in Singapore and being given early retirement from working in Jakarta, US, South Africa, Bahrain I have become nervous about exercise. I was diagnosed with a fibrillation condition of the heart. I don't want to overdo my exercises and have begun to really slow down. If I had a monitor this would allow me to break out of this vegetable state and begin being as active as I need to be.
Thank you for giving us all these wonderful prizes.
Kind regards
Michael

Well I am/was quite active, but spend lots of time sitting about with my camera on river banks and in bushes. After a recent operation I have just put on a lot of weight getting up to nearly 16 stone, which is far to heavy for me so as from Sept 1 I have started to try and get a couple of stone off.

So here is hoping I can stick to this weight loss diet exercise regime.

Having put on weight due in part to an underactive thyroid getting the right amount of exercise each day is high on my todo list, so everything thing that helps with it is very welcome and as we are going on a long cruise having a monitor is very high on the need list as I still love my afternoon teas and know I need to get the balance right to enjoy my retirement for as long as possible . Thank you for the chance I know this is a product that has worked for so many people, just like to be another one its helped .

I've just been told I've arthritis in L&R hip...apparently quite normal at my age (just recently celebrated my 61st birthday) which is a bit like when your kids say 'In your daymum...' Who said my day was over?  So I've stepped up the dog walking...I refuse to give in to 'old age' and would love KINETIK Energy Exercise & Fitness Tracker just to wave in their faces!!

I would like to think I am active and healthy and fit, play Golf twice a week, walk the dog every day, love gardening, DIY nut (daughters make sure of that)  but how good is all this doing me. Well with this KINETIK Energy Exercise & Fitness Tracker I could monitor how good they are doing me!!
