I have a rare neurological condition and suffer from pain, cramps and spasms during the night.A massaging bed I'm sure would help all this massively and really help me to get a good night's sleep.

I had a nasty fall in my garden last year. It's hugely aggravated my OsteoArthritis and a Dexa scan has picked up Osteoporosis.   Broke my hand , tore ligaments in my back, neck and shoulder and badly cut my arm as I landed bead first down over the rockery.

I have to see a fun side to this, as I do with most traumas and dilemas I have -

 -  I adopted a Superman style pose as I felt the rock wobble and give way, as a way to protect my face and head from a rose bush ...What a sight that must have been!

"Oh but you can fly" -    clunk !! My Peter Pan dream shattered

Your bed would ease a lot of pain Im sure.

Thank you for the chance.

The NHS, God bless their hearts,

Have propped me up with metal parts !

And though it's not like me to whinge,

There's not a day without a twinge.

This MYO bed looks devine,

To help my poor old crumbling spine.

And since my friends are crumbling too,

They'll get a turn - but have to queue !!

Been a Nurse now for over 45 years,
but sometimes my arthritis, it has me in tears!
Frustration, because my brain is as young as before,
but my body is getting all achey and sore!
I don't mind the lines, or the odd ache and pain,
but my sciatica and arthritis is becoming a strain,
because I have to keep working, no one else to rely on,
I love my kids but they shouldn't be my shoulder to cry on,
This is no sob story, I'm lucky I know,
to have had a job that I loved for so many years so,
Hope its not seen as begging, its just this would be so amazing,
to finally have somewhere that's wonderful, for me, for just lazing!

I have had lower back pain since the birth of my first child.  It isn’t usually too bad but occasionally it can flare up.  This tends to happen when we have something exciting planned and I have overdone the walking.  The thought of not being able to walk around historic places, old towns and interesting venues makes me worry about getting older but with one of these marvellous beds I could control the pain and be more active.

I have worked as a psychiatric nurse for 32 years and have spent a lot of that time restraining and handling aggressive patients. Now my back aches so so much that i could cry some nights when i cannot get to sleep for it.

Whe i am feeling a bit flush i pay for a back massage and this helps so much, albeit for a short time. I am sure this would help ease my weary back.

Thanks for chance xx

I live with the after effects of Transverse Myelitis which I woke up with 14 years ago. It was a shock to find that I was paralysed from the waist down and I was told that I probably wouldn't walk again. With hard work and lots of physio I do manage to get about now (I walk like a friday night drunk) I do find that my muscles get uncomfortably tight at night, and this would really help to keep them from stiffening and making mobilizing more difficult.

  • I have severe arthritis in my lumber spine. I had disc surgery aged 53 followed by neural stimulator implant some 5 years later to help ease sciatic pain. I’ve just had a total knee replacement surgery. I try to remain active particularly with my grandchildren and I swim as often as I can. I would love a massager bed. What a treat to massage away the creaks and groans in my back every day.
